Upper Separating - Stripping

• Opening of interproximal area 11 and 21 easier due to the use of Ortho-Strips Opener, 08µm, mounted on the new contrangle Swingle.
• Beginning of separation with Ortho-Strips OS40, 40µm. The operator start with a medium fine strip to enter the space without trauma.
• Calibrated enamel removal with Ortho-Strips OS90, 90µm.For this type of procedure the operator can lock the strip pressing a button behind Swingle’s head.
• Stripping procedure continues with the use of Ortho-Strips Coarse, OS80C, 80µm. Enamel removal is effective with minimal vibrations for the patient
• After this stage the operator utilize Ortho-Strips OS40, 40µm, in order to proceed gradually to finish the treated area.
• Final stage with polishing of treated areas with Ortho-Strips OS15, 15µm, to avoid the following deposit of bacterial placque.

Lower Separating - Stripping

• Opening of interproximal area between 31 and 41 is easier by the use of Ortho-Strips Opener O08OP, 08µm, mounted on the new contrangle Swingle.
• Start of separation with Ortho-Strips OS40, 40µm. The operator begins with a medium-fine strip to enter the space without trauma, mainly in the lower arch, where usually crowding is more often.
• In the following stage the operator remove enamel progressively with Intensiv Ortho-Strips OS90, 90µm. For this procedure the operator can lock the strip in a precise position pressing a button behind Swingle’s head.
• In the next step the operator use again Ortho-Strips OS40 to refine the treated area before polishing..
• Final stage with polishing of treated area with Intensiv Ortho-Strips OS15, 15µm to avoid following build up of placque or bacteria.
